Ghian Foreman

Ghian Foreman is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also the President and CEO of the Emerald South Economic Development Collaborative, managing partner of the Washington Park Development Group, and President of the Chicago Police Board. His work focuses on community wealth generation, urban development, and strategic investments in underserved markets.

His academic areas center on Strategy and Leadership, with a focus on social impact and economic development. At Chicago Booth, he teaches the Social Impact Lab course in Winter 2025 and 2026.

Foreman previously served as Executive Director of the Greater Southwest Development Corporation and sits on multiple boards, including the Chicago Rehab Network and Chicago Housing Authority Support Corporation.
