Gesche Huebner is a Professor of Environment & Human Health at the University of Exeter and serves as Director of the European Centre for Environment & Human Health (ECEHH). She is a Co-Investigator in the Equity Theme of the Energy Demand Research Centre and the Energy Demand Observatory & Laboratory, while also leading Exeter's involvement in the Horizon Europe project HouseInc focused on housing inequalities.

Her research spans poverty, inclusivity, wellbeing, built environment design, climate change impacts, and health sciences. She contributes to sustainable development goals like Good Health and Well Being, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Reduced Inequalities.
