Germaine Mikhail

Dr. Germaine Mikhail is an Associate Professor and Director of the Christian Caregiving and Counseling program at Oral Roberts University's College of Theology and Ministry. With over 15 years of professional counseling experience, she specializes in trauma-informed practices, cultural competence, and integrating faith with mental health. Her academic journey includes a B.S. in Psychology from Texas Christian University, followed by dual M.A. degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Divinity, culminating in a Doctor of Education Leadership from ORU.
