Dr. Gerhard Stamer is a Lecturer at the Chair of Philosophy within the Faculty of Humanities and Cultural Studies at Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg. He is also the founder and director of REFLEX, the Institute for Practical Philosophy, established in 1994, and founder of the Philosophy of the Times Foundation (2003).
