Gerhard Andersson

Gerhard Andersson is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at Linköping University, affiliated with the Department of Behavioural Sciences and Learning and the Division of Psychology. He holds a dual PhD in Clinical Psychology and Otorhinolaryngology, with additional degrees in Theology. His research focuses on internet-delivered psychological interventions, particularly for depression, anxiety, tinnitus, and chronic pain. Andersson leads a globally recognized research group and has authored over 900 publications, earning him a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher status. He is editor-in-chief of Internet Interventions and a founding member of multiple international societies in digital mental health.
