Geraldine Carlin is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Cape Breton University (CBU). She has been teaching at CBU since 1993, offering courses in Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Health Psychology, Physiological Psychology, Community Psychology, and currently developing a course in Sensation and Perception. Her teaching spans on-campus, online, and First Nations Communities in Nova Scotia.

Research Interests: Focus on mental health and weight bias and discrimination.
Roles & Advocacy: Co-chair of the Mental Health Advocacy Committee at CBU, contributing to institutional initiatives on mental health awareness.
