Gerald Finnerty

Dr. Gerald Finnerty is a Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant Neurologist at King’s College Hospital, affiliated with King’s College London's School of Neuroscience and Department of Basic & Clinical Neuroscience. His research focuses on brain tumors, neuro-oncology, epilepsy, and neuroplasticity, utilizing electrophysiology, imaging, and multidisciplinary approaches. He leads the Gerald Finnerty Lab and collaborates with institutions like King’s College Hospital. Key projects include neuro-oncology fellowships and studies on brain tumor biology. He has published extensively on topics like glioma progression and dissociative seizures.
