Georgios Panagopoulos is an Assistant Professor at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He earned his Diploma in Computer and Communication Engineering from the University of Thessaly in 2006 (with honors) and his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2012, focusing on variability and reliability modeling of CMOS and SPIN-based devices.
His research spans analog, RF, and mmWave circuit design for communication systems, with expertise in wireless front-end modules, device characterization, variability modeling, and spin-based devices for machine learning. Recent work includes III-V material components, buried power rail applications, and tunable transmission lines.
