Georgina Roy is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Curriculum Teaching & Inclusive Education within the Faculty of Education at Monash University. A sociologist by training, her research focuses on feminist theory, gender and sexualities, physical cultures, health and wellbeing, with a particular emphasis on surfing spaces and their sociocultural implications.
