Georgia Mills

Georgia Mills is a conductor, pianist, and creator of classical and contemporary music currently affiliated with Roberts Wesleyan University. She teaches MUSC 3703 Orchestration and combines her academic work with artistic leadership roles.

Her research and practice focus on bridging traditional and avant-garde music through precise conducting techniques, emotional interpretation, and innovative ensemble leadership. She has collaborated with ensembles like Ensemble Signal and Bang on a Can, performing at venues such as MASS MoCA and the Kennedy Center.

Georgia Mills advocates for music innovation through her artistic and administrative roles with organizations including The Knights, Metropolis Ensemble, and the Pulsing & Shaking Festival.
