Georgi Verbeeck

Georgi Verbeeck is an Associate Professor of Modern History and Political Culture at Maastricht University and holds a part-time professorship in German History at KU Leuven. He directs the MA programs 'Politics and Society' and 'Arts, Literature and Society' at FASoS. With a PhD from KU Leuven (1991), his career includes research fellowships at institutions like the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study (NIAS) and the African Studies Centre in Leiden.
