George Tsoukas

George Tsoukas, MD, serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at McGill University's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and holds an Associate Investigator position at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC). He is clinically affiliated with the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC).

His research program falls under the RI-MUHC's Metabolic Disorders and Complications initiative, with primary focus areas including:

• Endocrine pathophysiology in diabetes and metabolic syndromes
• GLP-1 receptor mechanisms and therapeutic applications
• Cardiovascular complications in endocrine disorders
• Bone metabolism interactions in osteometabolic diseases
• Rare endocrine conditions including McCune-Albright syndrome
