George Panayiotou is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Management at the School of Business, University of Nicosia, where he has served since February 2004. He holds a dual role as Employment Placement Coordinator (EPC) for hospitality and tourism students and as a re-elected faculty representative on the University Council. His work bridges academic instruction with industry practice through internship coordination and customized training programs across Cyprus, Romania, and Greece.

He actively explores blockchain applications and aesthetic processes in hospitality environments.
