George P Sillup

George P Sillup is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food, Pharma and Healthcare at Saint Joseph's University, affiliated with the College of Arts & Sciences. He holds a PhD from The Fielding Institute, an MS from Drexel University, and a BA from Wilkes University.

• Professional experience spans 1973-2004 in healthcare/pharma industries, including roles from salesman to COO.
• Developed pharmaeconomic studies for global product pricing and secured reimbursement approvals internationally.
• Chaired PMK Department, introduced a minor in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing for College of Arts & Sciences.
• Co-developed graduate PMK programs and served as scientific advisor for Daemion Counseling Center since 1996.

Research Interests: Focus on healthcare/pharma marketing, business development in international markets, and reimbursement policy. His publications analyze media trends in pharmaceutical marketing and document Medicare policy changes.
