Professor George Mellick is a faculty member at Griffith University, affiliated with the School of Environment and Science and the Department of Bioscience. He holds the rank of Professor and leads research in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson’s. His roles include Head of School (2018–2022) and Deputy Director of the Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery (2013–2018). He is currently a member of the Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics.
