George Joseph Hutton, M.D., is a Professor of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine, serving as Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs in Neurology and Medical Director of the Maxine Mesinger MS Comprehensive Care Center. He holds the Linda and John Griffin Endowed Chair in Multiple Sclerosis and directs the Multiple Sclerosis Fellowship Program. His clinical and research focus is on multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica, and related demyelinating disorders, with extensive involvement in clinical trials of MS therapeutics.
Education: M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, followed by residency and fellowship in Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine. He is board-certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
