George Foster is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Mary Washington. He holds a Ph.D. from The Catholic University of America and M.S.E.E./B.S.E.E. degrees from Virginia Tech in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Foster has over 25 years of experience in designing large-scale physics-based software systems for the U.S. Government, achieving the Senior Scientific Executive rank.
