George Antoniou

George Antoniou is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer and Information Engineering within the School of Engineering at the University of West Attica. Previously, from 2004 to 2012, he served as a laboratory associate in the Department of Electronic Computing Systems at the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus.

His educational background includes:

• A Diploma in Industrial Informatics Engineering
• A Master's Degree in IT with Management from the University of the West of Scotland

Dr. Antoniou's research spans several key areas in engineering and information technology. His primary interests include Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology Project Management, and Educational Technology & Didactics of Information Technology. Additionally, he has expertise in Circuit Theory, Microelectronics, Modern Electronic Design and Manufacturing, Automatic Control Systems, Information Systems Design, and Environmental Technologies. His work bridges theoretical concepts with practical applications in educational and industrial settings.
