Georg Kofler is Professor of Tax Law, Tax Law, and Tax Policy at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria, with over 20 years of professional experience in taxation. His academic career includes positions at the International Department of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance (2002–2003, 2009), Adjunct Professor at the University of Linz (2001–2006), and Acting Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at New York University School of Law (2006–2008).
Professor Kofler's research focuses on Tax Law, International Taxation, European Taxation, and Austrian Taxation.
