Professor Geoffrey Meads is Professor of Wellbeing Research at the University of Winchester's Health and Wellbeing Research Group within the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing. Previously serving as NHS regional director and health authority chief executive, his career spans policy development, organizational sociology, and international health systems analysis. He holds editorial roles for NIHR journals and contributes to the Winchester Deanery Synod.
His research focuses on primary care innovations, international health policy, and wellbeing service expansion.
