Dr. Geoffrey Hill serves as Professor of Translational Science and Therapeutics at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, where he directs Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and holds the Leonard and Norma Klorfine Endowed Chair. His clinical practice focuses on blood cancers, while his laboratory research investigates immunological mechanisms in transplantation complications.
Research programs examine:
- Pathogenesis of acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease
- Immunological control of cytomegalovirus reactivation
- Optimization of graft-versus-leukemia effects
- Integration of transplantation with T-cell therapies
