Genevieve Lester

Genevieve Lester is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and Associate Fellow for Strategic Intelligence at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. Her expertise includes intelligence systems, accountability frameworks, decision-making processes, and covert action.
