Geeyoung Min

Geeyoung Min is an Associate Professor of Law at Michigan State University College of Law, where she has been a faculty member since 2019. Her work focuses on Business Enterprises, Securities Regulation, Corporate Governance and Compliance, and comparative perspectives on corporate governance in East Asia.

Her scholarship combines doctrinal analysis and empirical methods to study publicly traded companies in the U.S., with cross-border comparisons in East Asia. Professor Min also explores compliance frameworks and governance structures in corporate settings.
