Gaye Anil

Gaye Anil is a full-time Lecturer and Internship Manager in the Department of Interior Architecture at Near East University. She joined the university in October 2013 and is concurrently pursuing her doctoral degree there. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Hacettepe University (2006), with her thesis examining 'Transformations of Residential Buildings on the Kyrenia Gate-Eleftheria Square Axis'.

Her research explores three primary domains:

• Interior architectural design principles
• Sustainable environmental design strategies
• Urban residential building transformations

She maintains active academic engagement through conference presentations, scholarly publications, and participation in faculty exhibitions. Since 2013, she has additionally served in administrative roles including studio internship coordination and management of the INAR 200 internship program.
