Gavin Weeks

Gavin Weeks is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and faculty on the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme. He focuses on leadership development, particularly energy, vitality, and navigating complexity in fast-changing environments. His work combines clinical psychology expertise with business leadership challenges.

• Education: Doctorate (PsychD) in Clinical Psychology (Surrey University), MSc Neuropsychology (UCL), BSc Psychology (UCL)

His research explores strategic leadership, leadership learning effectiveness, and organizational vitality. He designs leadership programmes addressing energy management, purpose, and technological change impacts. Professionally, he collaborates with Thompson Harrison consultancy, coaching executives and advising on culture and purpose.

Prior roles include leadership at SABMiller’s Talent Management team and clinical psychology practice, integrating resilience and performance psychology into corporate settings.
