Gauthami Soma

Gauthami Soma, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. She completed her residency in General Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital. Her academic focus centers on leveraging acute care environments to address health-related social needs among underserved populations. Dr. Soma holds an MD from the University of Wisconsin Medical School (2014), a BA from Northwestern University (2008), and an MHS from Yale School of Medicine (2017).
