Gauri Subramani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Lehigh University’s College of Business, holding the Axelrod Family Endowed Fellowship. She earned her B.A. in English and Economics from Wellesley College and her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Her research focuses on representation in innovation contexts, particularly gender and resource inequality, using quantitative methods to analyze patent systems, digital platforms, and scientific collaboration.
