Gary T. Miller

Gary T. Miller is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Ferris State University's College of Arts, Sciences and Education. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Bowling Green State University and a BS in Biology from Grand Valley State University.

Research Interests: His work focuses on evolutionary biology, genetics, and behavioral ecology, particularly in the context of sexual selection and reproductive traits in Drosophila species. He has explored coevolution of ejaculate and female sperm-storage organs, quantitative genetics of reproductive morphology, and evolutionary responses to experimental removal of sexual selection.

Publications and Presentations: His publications span 2000–2003, emphasizing evolutionary genetics and reproductive biology. He has presented at conferences such as the Kansas NSF EPSCoR Symposium and the International Behavioral Ecology Congress.
