Professor Gang Pan, FRSC, is a leading environmental chemist specializing in lake restoration, sediment remediation, and geoengineering technologies. He holds dual professorships at York St John University (UK) and Guangdong Ocean University (China). Previously, he served as Associate Dean at Nottingham Trent University and Deputy Director at the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Key Laboratory. His research focuses on mitigating eutrophication, developing nanobubble-based pollution control, and advancing the integrated Water-Energy-Food (iWEF) framework for sustainability.
