Gail Norris is an Associate Professor at Edinburgh Napier University's School of Health and Social Care, where she has worked since 2003. She previously served as Lead Midwife for Education (2014-2020) and currently holds the position of Head of International. Gail is a registered midwife with over a decade of clinical experience and leads the Maternal and Child Health and Wellbeing Research Group. Her expertise spans both research and education domains.
