Dr. Gail Carson is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and serves as Director of the international clinical research network ISARIC. Her roles include Chair of WHO's GOARN partnership and Chair of the WHO EURO preparedness technical advisory group. She holds an OBE for her contributions to public health. Dr. Carson trained as an infectious diseases physician and has led pandemic preparedness and response efforts for over a decade.
