Gabriele Proglio is a Professor at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, focusing on Culture and Society. His work spans migrations, borders, postcolonial studies, and food history. He holds a Ph.D. in Modern History from the University of Turin (2014) and has held academic positions at institutions like the European University Institute (B.A.B.E. project), Université de Tunis El Manar, and the Social Sciences University of Ankara.
