Gabriela Ribaut

Gabriela Ribaut is a Lecturer and Project Manager at the Lucerne School of Social Work, part of HSLU. She holds a Master of Law (2013) and Bachelor of Law (2011) from the University of Bern, and became a certified lawyer in 2016. She specializes in legal practice, mediation, and social work financing. Her research focuses on funding models for social pedagogical family support in Switzerland. She has contributed to legal internships at courts and governmental offices and currently advises the Mieterverband as a legal counselor. She also works with the Solothurner Filmtage.

Her professional experience includes roles as a lawyer, legal internships in regional courts and governmental offices, and mediation training. Her 2021 publication in the ZKE journal addresses financing mechanisms in social-pedagogical family guidance. She leads projects on ambulant social service financing and integrates legal frameworks into social work practice.
