Gabriel Pires is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (Portugal) and Integrated Researcher at the Institute of Systems and Robotics - University of Coimbra. He coordinates Lab. VITA.IPT (Life Assisted by Intelligent Environments) and leads the Brain-Computer Interface research group in the Human-Centered Mobile Robotics Lab.
