Gabor Petzold

Prof. Dr. Gabor Petzold is the Director of Clinical Research at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) in Bonn, Germany. He leads translational and clinical studies focused on neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer's disease, cerebral amyloid angiopathy, vascular dementia, and cognitive impairment following acute stroke.

• Uses in vivo multiphoton microscopy, cell-specific transcriptome analyses, ultra-high-field MRI, and bioinformatics
