Gabby Swab

Gabrielle (Gabby) Swab is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Towson University's College of Business and Economics (CBE). She joined the faculty in Fall 2023 as part of CBE's new faculty cohort. Her research focuses on the intersection of entrepreneurship and organizational behavior, particularly studying coopetition (simultaneous competition and cooperation) among entrepreneurs, teams, and family firms.
