Fur-Chi Chen

Fur-Chi Chen serves as a Research Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at Tennessee State University's College of Agriculture, where he has contributed to food safety research since joining the faculty in 2002. His expertise focuses on developing rapid detection methodologies for foodborne hazards through molecular and immunological approaches.
