Fulvio Castellacci is a Professor at the Centre for Technology, Innovation and Culture (TIK) at the University of Oslo. He served as Director of TIK from 2014 to 2022 and held roles at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (2007–2014), including Research Professor and Head of the Department of International Economics.
