Friederike Neumann

Friederike Neumann is a researcher at the Department of History, Bielefeld University, affiliated with the Faculty of History, Philosophy and Theology. Her research focuses on Late Medieval and Early Modern History, particularly spätmittelalterliche Frömmigkeit (late medieval piety), indulgences in the Herford/Bielefeld/Schildesche region, afterlife beliefs, church penances, and the cultural dynamics of honor and dishonor.
