Frederik J. Simons

Frederik J. Simons is a Professor of Geosciences and Associate Chair of the Department of Geosciences at Princeton University. He holds affiliations with the Program in Applied & Computational Mathematics, High Meadows Environmental Institute, and Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment. His research focuses on global geophysics, seismology, and geodesy, emphasizing the lithosphere's physical properties through seismic tomography and spectral analysis.
