Frederick Hooven

Dr. Frederick Hooven is the Director and Associate Professor of Public Health at the School of Health Sciences, American International College (AIC). Previously, he spent over a decade as an epidemiologist at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, directing a global cohort study on osteoporosis and fracture risk in postmenopausal women. His academic roles include teaching in public health, physician assistant programs, and the DPT program. He also served as Director of Research for the Massachusetts Medicaid Infrastructure Grant, addressing employment barriers for individuals with disabilities.
