Franzè Roberto

Roberto Franzè serves as a confirmed researcher in the Department of Economic and Political Sciences at the University of Valle d'Aosta, maintaining active teaching roles in university master's programs. Previously, he held contract researcher positions at Bocconi University's Corporate Tax Research Center (Certi) and Amsterdam's International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).

His research investigates the concurrence of state tax claims on taxable events, positioning him at the intersection of Tax Law, International Taxation, Public Law, and European Law. Franzè contributes to scholarly discourse through editorial board memberships for International Tax Law and Practice, the Journal of International Tax Law, and Comparative and European Public Law.
