Dr. Frans van Eijnatten is an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). His expertise spans organizational renewal, complexity theory, and socio-technical systems design, with a focus on sustainable work practices and human performance management. He teaches in TU/e's bachelor and master programs in Innovation Management and Operations Management, as well as at TIAS School for Business and Society.
