Frank Romanelli is the Paul F. Parker Endowed Professor of Pharmacy at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, with joint appointments as Associate Professor of Medicine and Associate Professor of Physician Assistant Studies. He serves as Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Chief Academic Officer, overseeing curriculum development and academic strategy.
Dr. Romanelli holds a BS and PharmD from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, an MPH from the University of Kentucky, and completed PGY1/PY2 pharmacy residencies at UK Healthcare. His career spans over two decades in pharmacy education and clinical practice, with a focus on HIV/AIDS, infectious diseases, and educational innovation.
His research emphasizes pharmacy education reform, HIV prevention strategies, and assessment methodologies.
