Frank Ridzi serves as Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Anthropology, Criminology, & Sociology at Le Moyne College. He is founding Director of the Center for Urban and Regional Applied Research (CURAR) and holds the Kauffman Entrepreneurship Professorship. Dr. Ridzi specializes in social welfare policy, sociology of work, and student affairs, with current research examining applied policy frameworks and evolving workplace dynamics in public welfare systems and higher education. His scholarly contributions appear in the Journal of Sociology & Social Welfare, Research in the Sociology of Work, Review of Policy Research, and The NASPA Journal.

As CURAR Director, he leads urban policy research initiatives while serving on the Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) elections committee.
