Dr. Frank Pullano is a Professor of Mathematics at Winthrop University's College of Arts and Sciences. He joined the faculty in 1998 and specializes in preparing undergraduate mathematics majors for secondary-level teaching. His research focuses on integrating technology into mathematics education.
Education: Ph.D. & M.Ed. in Mathematics Education (University of Virginia), B.S. in Mathematics (SUNY Fredonia), and B.S. in Agricultural Economics (Cornell University).
He served as Director of Winthrop's LEAP Program, supporting over 140 first-year students as academic advisor and mentor. Active in university governance, he has participated in numerous committees and task forces.
Maintains the Mathematics Tutorial Center and teaches undergraduate/graduate courses. Professional engagement includes curriculum development and educational technology advocacy.
