Frank Harms

Dr. Frank Harms is a Researcher at the University of Hamburg's Meteorological Institute, part of the Department of Earth System Sciences. His research focuses on technical meteorology, including data assimilation, predictability, climate modeling, satellite meteorology, and urban climate studies.
