Franco Fraccaroli is a Full Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Trento's Faculty of Cognitive Science. He has served as Dean of the Faculty (2010-present) and Director of the Department of Cognitive Sciences and Education (2004-2010). As President of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (2007-2009), he shaped international research agendas.
