Franco Ferrari

Professor Franco Ferrari is a Visiting Professor at the NYU School of Law and Director of the Centre for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration and Commercial Law. He holds a Chaired Professorship in International Law at Verona University (Italy) and has previously served as a Chaired Professor of Comparative Law at Tilburg University (Netherlands) and the University of Bologna (Italy).

Research Focus: His expertise spans international commercial law, conflict of laws, comparative law, and arbitration. He has authored over 300 articles and 30 books in these fields.
