Franck Bancel is a Professor at ESCP Europe holding a PhD in Management Sciences (Grenoble II) and qualified to direct research (Paris IX Dauphine).
His research spans corporate finance, international finance, financial engineering, and corporate governance. He has authored influential books including "The cost of capital: theories, measurements and practices" (Revue Banque, 2014), "Flexibility and choice of investments" (Economica, 2002), and "Corporate governance" (Economica, 1997), with publications in Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, Financial Management, and European Financial Management.
